After previous problems with fraud attacks, Gamania efficiently improved the protection of its customers’ online game accounts through the implementation of Todos eCode Solution. One Time Passwords (OTP) are generated by using a Gamania OTP smart card together with the Todos eCode Reader. The system is secure, easy to operate and convenient; no program or software installations are required in the end user environment.
In addition the Todos eCode Solution offers a framework for additional services. Beside the end users’ identity authentication, part of the online game storage function, GASH, will also be added into the device. GASH points can be earned in the game or purchased in the convenient store. This will better secure the handling of GASH points as well as decrease production costs for this application.
